Our client in the IT and Managed Services industry is looking for an L1 Support Technician to add to their team in Petoskey, Michigan. Reporting to the Director of Technical Operations, you will provide first-contact Helpdesk support to both internal and external clients, as well as new device configuration and installation. You will perform and execute basic device and infrastructure implementation while managing, monitoring, and maintaining its integrity, performance, and security for all users. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of industry experience as well as a track record of customer service and client-facing responsibilities.
